The run, in five moves
Ride the cursed elevator
A run starts in the Outpost lift and drops the crew into shifting underground ruins. Players report the extraction quota is shown inside the elevator, so the target is set before the doors open.
Break the furniture
Furniture is the loot and the arsenal at once: smash it for resources, carry it out whole, or swing it. First-day reports describe chairs and planks used as improvised weapons.
Feed the Grinder
The Grinder turns hauled furniture into gold, and gold is what the Outpost is rebuilt with. That is the only reason to carry more than you can run with.
Break, and keep playing
A splintered vessel leaves you in the run as a bodiless Spark: you can guide the team through the dark, and you must force your way into a new host with a different ability set before you fade out.
Extract, or lose the haul
If every member of the crew breaks, the run loses its loot. Players report the carried items are gone and depth resets to 1, while player level and room levels survive.
The published description stops at the shape of the loop. Quota values, timers and depth scaling have never been released, so this sheet does not print them. The Descent carries the same loop with the HUD readouts attached, and Sparks & Vessels covers what happens the moment a vessel actually breaks.

Open items
A launch-week ledger is only useful if the blank lines are marked as blank. These are the ones that matter, and none of them can be closed from a first-party source today.
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Enemy, boss and biome names | The 1.0 scope list adds all three categories and names none of them |
| Stats, drop rates, upgrade costs, quota values | No numbers released |
| Maps of the Deep Layers | Procedurally generated; no spatial data exists |
| Achievements | None configured on the Steam app |
| Patch notes | No post-launch patch has shipped; the record ends on launch day |
What is confirmed works through the same gap in full, including why competing wikis look larger while restating the same store description.
